T-eye - Compact mobile CCTV recorder

Overview

The T-eye is a revolutionary new compact mobile CCTV system designed for an in-vehicle application. With the ability to record both audio and video in a continuous loop, it is unlike most other compact CCTV recorders. It has two built-in cameras for image capture, one is forward facing to capture images from the direction of travel. The other is a wide angle camera to capture in-vehicle images, allowing you to view all the passengers with in the vehicle.

The T-Eye records footage on a continuous loop so that significant events such as collisions can be captured automatically or manually if a driver wishes to record a specific incident. Scenes are stored for later analysis and the T-Eye's playback software allows users to review and save selected footage. The software also records the vehicle speed, location and direction of travel to complete the picture as well as being supplied with an infra-red light source as standard for night time recording. Before and after event recording can be user defined between 1 and 3 minutes either side of an event. The supplied 2GB SD card allows for up to 1 1/2 hours of recorded footage, which can be improved by as much as 5 hours through the use of a 8GB SD card.
