New Director of IT and Telecommunications

21st Century, the UK's largest provider of wireless CCTV has appointed Mark Johnson as Director of IT and Telecommunications. Mark, who has over fifteen years' experience in IT management, was promoted to the role in recognition of his contribution to the development of the business.
This follows the company's recent investment in a state-of-the-art call centre and storage facilities to provide remote support and manage CCTV downloads and monitoring.
Mark comments, "The public transport industry really stands to benefit from increased awareness and usage of secure IT services. As operators become more aware of technology, they are realising the cost benefits that can result from the delivery of a professional service with advice, based on real-world experiences."
21st Century recently announced the release of its ‘Keep it Green' maintenance plan which promises to maintain on-vehicle CCTV using its exclusive HeartbeatTM monitoring software and server infrastructure.
Mark is responsible for the entire group's IT and Telecommunications services and maintaining its focus on innovation, including providing advice and support to operators who invest in the companies IT solutions.
