21st Century, specialists in CCTV systems for passenger transport and has made a unique promise to customers using the HeartbeatTM diagnostic system.
The company claims that it will ‘Keep it Green' referring to its unique status monitoring software which automatically provides a traffic light warning system showing which CCTV are functioning and which require attention. These claims are offered in conjunction with 21st Century's maintenance packages and serviced by its nationwide network of fully trained engineers who will ensure every installation remains fully operational.
This is the first time a CCTV company has made such a promise, and 21st Century claims that it can offer this service due to the highly reliable equipment that it installs and its use of Wi-Fi which enables automatic communication.
Heartbeat automatically monitors the operational status of CCTV systems and uses the RAG status (red, amber, green) system so problems can be identified immediately and an engineer sent to the correct location with advance warning of the nature of the fault.
Heartbeat provides 24 hour protection at a fraction of the cost of routine manual checks and dramatically reduces the downtime of the CCTV system.
Paul Rogers, Sales and Marketing Director of 21st Century, comments: "We are able to make the ‘Keep it Green' promise because of the unique way our Heartbeat diagnostic software operates. Offering this type of high quality service means that operators can finally be assured that their CCTV is fully functioning and if there is a problem, it is automatically highlighted and dealt with swiftly."
