Overview
Using the latest mobile broadband technology 21st Century can deliver a mobile / transport specific LIVE communications tool to facilitate the streaming of video to a control centre. Primarily used in an emergency situation, the lines of communication can be connected permanently or on request by a control centre, or by staff on the vehicle. Following a connection to a mobile carrier the system opens a gateway to access any or all of the cameras on a vehicle. There is also the option of a LIVE voice call which can be connected to enable a two-way conversation between the control centre and driver.
CCTV Viewer
Using the playback software operators can either view live CCTV or view any other footage contained on the digital recorder. The software can rewind, fast forward and playback at various speeds. All cameras can be viewed simultaneously or individually. Video can be paused and stills saved. Footage can be burned to disc or DVD.
The addition of BlackBox provides a fully integrated tool for displaying CCTV as well as telematics. Operators can view information about brakes and indicator usage, G-force events, tachometer and GPS for location, direction and speed. This is all displayed in an integrated display with the video images.
